Get Under #Erotic Author Georgia Fox's Skin!

MK: Hi Georgia! So glad to have you here today. So tell me all about your new release, “Under My Skin”. You typically write in the historical genre, so what inspired the left turn here?

GF: Hi Morticia - I'm delighted to be here! Yes, I usually write historical erotic romance, but this year I suddenly decided to try my hand in a new direction. It started when I came up with the idea for a short story (A BOLT FROM THE BLUE) after I had a very erotic dream one night. I couldn't find a way to make it historical—the characters were way too modern. So I kept it contemporary and decided to offer it to Evernight Publishing as a free read, just to see how readers might accept me writing contemporary. After I'd dipped that toe in the water I felt a bit braver and then I was inspired to write the contemporary novella UNDER MY SKIN. That story came to me after I'd been sitting out in the sun listening to Frank Sinatra one afternoon and I thought it would be fun to turn that song into a modern day Taming of the Shrew. But don't worry, I haven't stopped writing my hysterical historicals. Far from it!
MK: Do you have any other hawt contemporary tales rolling around in your filthy mind that we can look forward to?

GF: Definitely. I have to focus on finishing the final book in The Conquerors series first and then I have a few ideas rolling around my brain (and other parts, lol). It might even be fun to do a series of modern-day Shakespeare.

MK: I have to confess, I LOVE historical romance. I guess I’m opposite girl because I’ve been writing contemporary, but would like to do historical. What has been your favorite thing about writing historicals?

GF: The men can be VERY masculine. Of course, they can be in a contemporary too, but its more expected for a Norman knight or a Saxon rebel to fling his sword about and throw his woman over his shoulder. Everything is much more raw, down and dirty. Life was shorter and harder so people really had to know what they wanted and how to get it. At least, that's how I see it. I was not alive back then to know for sure, of course. Despite what you might have heard about me!

MK: If a reader were trying you out for the first time – as an author I mean *wink* - which story would you like them to start with?

GF: Hmmm. Either THE EVER KNIGHT or THE VIRGIN PROXY, books 1 and 2 in The Conquerors series. I've named two books because THE EVER KNIGHT is very short—really just an appetizer.

MK: I loved the series of naughty fairytales that Evernight Publishing put out – especially yours, “Pussy in Boots” – do you plan on doing any more sexy takes on traditional tales?

GF: Would love to put my mind to that, although right now I have a lot of other things in line first. I actually started a BDSM version of Cinderella where the "fairy godmother" is the heroine, but I've had to put that aside while I work on other stories.

MK: If an actor were playing the lead male character in “Under My Skin”, who would you choose?

GF: Great question! Although the character is American, I think Richard Armitage (a British actor) has the look I was going for. Not sure if he could pull off the accent though. Jon Hamm would be an American option. A mix of the two would be perfect.

MK: How about some “Georgia” trivia! If you’re going to indulge your senses – in regards to food I mean, such a dirty mind! – what is your fave taboo treat?

GF: None of my treats are taboo! I don't regret anything that passes my lips, Morticia! I LOVE my Nachos Bell Grande. I also love Tiramisu, chocolate mousse, grilled cheese sandwiches, pizza, spicy hot chicken wings etc.

MK: Amen to all of the above! Cats, dogs or snakes?

        GF: Dogs.

MK: If you could travel to any famous historical location (such as Stonehenge or the Great Pyramids), where would you go?

GF: I've never been to the pyramids and the Valley of the Kings and would love to go one day. I think its the one place that would not let me down when I get there. Would you like to come sail down the Nile with me? I feel an Egyptian mummy tale coming....

MK: That sounds cool - anytime! Thanks for stopping by today, but before you go – I’m just dying to get a little hot action from Kelly and Paul in UNDER MY SKIN. Is there a steamy little excerpt you can share with us?

GF: For you, baby? Anything. Here is a short scene from their first sexual encounter -

“What the Hell are you doing here in my apartment?” he grunted.

Hopefully getting fucked by a real cock for the first time in a year. “Getting a shower.” The water spat down on her back, hard and fast. Much better pressure than she had in 4C. She straightened up, his hands still on her waist, his fingers spread. She reached for her shampoo and squirted some into her palm. His hands left her and she heard the sound of shoes scuffing on bathroom tile and, in her peripheral vision, watched a pair of black socks fly. Excitement thrummed through her body, as if someone turned up the volume. Kelly rubbed shampoo into her scalp, lathering up. A large pair of hands grabbed her breasts from behind and his mouth was on her shoulder, probably getting a tongue load of shampoo, but apparently liking the taste. Her heartbeat raced at that pleasure of that touch, the roughness of his fingers on her erect nipples. His groin, still clothed, pressed into her lower back and she arched, her body shivering with need. When she turned to rinse her hair under the showerhead, she saw he hadn’t bothered taking off his shirt either, or even the loosened tie, which she grabbed to pull him under the shower with her.

His lips found her neck, her jaw and then her mouth, opening over it greedily, while her fingers fumbled with the knot in his tie. Giving up after a brief attempt, she slid her hands down to his pants and felt the hard ridge waiting for her. Suddenly there was no time to worry about his shirt and tie.

“Get it out,” she gasped against his cheek, his stubble scraping her wet lips.

He didn’t hesitate. His pants, then his boxers, dropped to his knees. Kelly cupped his balls in one hand and teased his cock with the other. It was thick, curved, the head bulging and scarlet. She wanted it in her aching pussy.

“Wait a minute,” he groaned. “What are we—?”

Kelly sank to her knees, the shower pelting down on her, and took the crest of his penis in her mouth. Clearly he needed to stop thinking and this was one sure way to make a man forget whatever was on his mind. Hands now on his ass, guiding him in, she sucked his prick all the way down her throat, breathing through her nose, taking in the fresh scent of shampoo as it mingled with threads of his cologne and the natural male scent she’d missed so much. She worked his thickness with her lips, her tongue and her throat, tugging and sucking until he groaned, his hands on her head, trying to pull her up again. She resisted, enjoying her unexpected treat too much. Unexpected because half an hour ago she had no idea who’d moved in below her and how good he smelled, or how badly she needed to mate.

“I’ll come,” he gasped, spitting water, his face turned up toward the showerhead.

And that would never do. She wanted him to come inside her pussy. She needed it. He had to make it up to her for interrupting that wonderful orgasm earlier.

"Unspoken" History - With M/M Author, R.A. Padmos

There are many contemporary gay stories out right now, especially a lot of great erotic romances. Most of these stories tend to only lightly touch upon, if at all, the uncomfortable truth of what someone who was gay would have had to endure throughout history to be with the one they loved. While the gay population still fights for their rights today, in the past, they may have been fighting for their lives. My guest today, R.A. Padmos, talks about her new novel, Unspoken, that tells of the love between two men, set against the backdrop of Europe in the year 1935. Thank you for sharing this with us today!

A less sexy history...
Great to be here, Morticia!

Love and sexual attraction between men is as old as the world, even if the way men expressed those feelings, due to cultural norms, have changed over time. And even if marriage –to a woman, mind- was the only option for many and privacy was nothing but a wet dream because privacy cost money.
So when Stefan, married, father of three and unemployed because it’s 1935 and so many Dutch men are out of a job, falls deeply in love with Adri he has no choice but to accept the reality of his time and place. Right through guilt, self-hatred and even blatant denial he finds a way to make the best of a situation that has no easy way out.

Unspoken was a hard story to write, because it touches on a lot of things no gay or gay-friendly person likes to be reminded of, but I believe we should face our history with honesty and even kindness, so we understand what we have won and how far we still have to go.

 An excerpt from Unspoken

It was such a luxury to know the landlady was out of town, at the wedding of her eldest niece, and wasn't expected back until after dinner; a whole afternoon without a discreet knock on the door and the question whether the gentlemen cared for a cup of tea! And, in contrast to the few times they'd spent an hour or so in Adri's room and had fallen into each other's arms like famished dogs on the nearest bite of food, they sat in the moss-green overstuffed chairs and drank coffee. They took their time to make small-talk about the weather, smoke a cigarette, and to enjoy each other's company as if they had just got home from a good day's work.

"Come." Adri stretched out his hand in invitation and Stefan dropped to his knees next to his lover's chair. He rested his head against the thighs of the other man, and sighed when he felt the warmth of the muscles through the fabric of the trousers and the hand playing with his hair. No matter that he had lost almost every certainty about who he was, and what he was, he couldn't imagine sharing his body with a man who wasn't at least his equal in strength. Why give his body to a man who wasn't a real man?

His lover caressed his back and whispered, "Redhead."

He lifted his head. "I'm not going to tell a lie and say that my marriage is all pretence, because right up to the moment I met you I had no idea what was going to happen to me. It's just that now I do know you, I realise I never had any idea what it means to walk next to someone and feel nothing but desperation - because how do I keep my hands to myself?"

"We almost never get the chance to share even a single kiss when we see each other. On those days, I doubt everything and wonder why I had to fall in love with a married man. So often I don't want to meet you, if meeting you comes down to spending the night alone in my own bed fired up by the knowledge that half an hour's walk away there's you. I hate having to make do with my own hand, and always feeling miserable afterwards." Adri grinned, so obviously hiding the pain that Stefan felt the hurt in his own stomach. "But today belongs to us. No one will bother us or chase us away. Please, come to bed?"
