MK: Welcome to my blog Malia! You have several stories out with the theme of “The ABCs of Erotica”, but you also have a story called “Mia’s Cop Craving” about a woman’s insatiable desire to get with a law enforcement officer. I take it he enforces some of his own laws on Mia? Tell us a little bit about the story.
MM: Mia is a great character. She's attractive and a little shy. She has had this long time fantasy about policemen and she finally decides she is going to act on it. She is fortunate enough to hook up (literally) with a very hot and accommodating police officer named Rogan. Very quickly their relationship enters the sexual realm. There are some light BDSM overtones but it is all very consensual. I will tell you handcuffs are involved!
MK: And who doesn’t love a sexy man in a uniform? Yum! Are police officers the ones that do it for you specifically, or will a fireman, marine or other uniform do in a pinch?
MM: I think there is a lot of attraction to people in these professions. They have the kinds of responsibility that usually indicate strong personal character. I think there also must be something about the uniform. I feel sure they must make them so they show off in shape bodies J
MK: Men in uniform is definitely a popular naughty fantasy. I’m working on a 3 book series on that subject matter (although primarily M/M) myself. Do you plan on writing more stories with this theme?
MM: Yes. I'm at work on the second book for Mia. It is called Mia's Cop Craving - Double Teamed. Mia has a fantasy of being with two men and Rogan recruits a fellow officer to make it come true for her. I'm planning on a third installment as well.
MK: I like the sounds of that! Let’s talk about the ABCs of Erotica for a bit. That is a very creative way of dealing with various aspects of erotica. What gave you the idea?
MM: It's an idea I came up with years and years ago. I just never really followed through, though I had been making a list of various words etc. which could be used for each letter. I had many ideas and finally about a year ago started expanding some of them into the short stories. Sometimes it is tricky to decide where to fit things. For instance, for R, the story started out as R is for Rubenesque. However, when I looked at the story, really the heroine's body was not the focus, her actions were. I ended up retitling it R is for Revenge.
MK: Are all of them available now, or do we have to wait for more installments?
MM: Not all the letters are available yet. I started out trying to go through the alphabet in order but eventually started jumping around. I have a few stories almost ready that haven't been released and a few others that are works in progress. I want to finish up Mia's sequel and a steampunk story I'm working on called Clockwork Caning. After that, I'll probably finish up a few stories for the ABCs of Erotica.
MK: I’m all about steampunk right now – that sounds like a fun one. You’ll have to contact me for another guest spot when that comes out! But for now, let’s talk girl talk. Who’s the guy (other than your significant other *wink*) that you’d most like to tickle your fancy? I’ll tell mine if you tell yours!
MM: Well, my husband is sitting right near me so it is impossible to try to conjure up any ideas in this vein J
MK: Darn it! I was hoping for some startling frank confessions! OK – how about when you want to pamper yourself and feel extra sexy, do you go to a spa and get a beauty makeover and massage, stay at home and run a hot bath with candles and scented bath oils, or go shopping for hot new undies?
MM: I'd pick the spa. A nice mani/pedi and a massage really puts me in a good mood! My tub at home is no good for baths.
MK: Chocolate, fruit or caramel? You can use it however you want!
MM: Oh….can I use all three? Depending on my mood, I can go for any or all J
MK: I’ll agree with that. Ok - skirt: Mini, mid-calf, or just above the knee?
MM: I tend to wear long skirts. I have a closet full of long, cotton skirts.
MK: Monopoly, Scrabble, Clue or Life?
MM: I used to be mad for playing Monopoly. I still enjoy the occasional game. To be really good at Scrabble, I'd have to memorize the two letter words and I've never been motivated enough to do so.

"What happens next?" He wanted to hear the details.
"Well, it varies. Sometimes I'm restrained."
"Like this?" He grabbed her wrists and stretched her arms out over her head, holding both wrists with one hand. With is other hand he roamed her body at will, stroking, caressing her soft skin.
Mia gasped and shivered. "Yes . . . sometimes he uses his hands. Sometimes he uses . . . other things."
Rogan nibbled her ear. "What other things?"
"Well, handcuffs."
"Really? Mmmm and what about you Mia? Do you want me to use handcuffs?"
Mia swallowed hard. Was she going to go for it? Yes. She nodded and Rogan let her go and got off the bed. He reached for his pants and the leather duty belt. He flipped open the handcuff case and removed the shiny, silver rings. He held them out for her inspection.
She nodded again, surrendering herself.
He opened the cuffs and crossed to her. "You have the perfect headboard for this." He threaded the cuffs around one of the decorative metal bars. He took one hand and then the other closing the cuff around each of her delicate, narrow wrists in turn.
As the metal clicked shut, Mia trembled. Though she felt an innate sense of trust toward Rogan, she was truly at his mercy now.
